I am a adult Italian American originally from South Philadelphia, where you are born with a frying pan in your hand and bread is always on the table. A big man who loves to cook...love Italian, seafood, love to be on the grille and not afraid to try new things...the only thing that I am not into is anything with mustard, ketchup, pickles or lost of other condiments...only like mayo. Another thing...the word "pain" and "food" do not go together here so anything "HOT", "3 ALARM" or "BLISTERING" will never make it into my kitchen...so jalapenos...you are off limits! Love to cook Italian...have a terrific lasagne, baked ziti...love seafood...have a great white clam sauce...and will love to try anything that isn't really complicated or complex...love things simple, tasty and not too hot or spicy. My Italian up bringing and cooking cheesesteaks in Philly for years was my cooking beginnings. Cooking Trout for the first time...put it in the oven and turned on the broiler instead of the oven..you could have shingles a roof with them!
