About this Cook
My cooking triumphs
I'am basically still in awe of the fact that I cook..:) When I first got married we ate alot of fast food, sandwhiches and tacos. There are days when I think to myself wow I am a real cook. I have come a long ways.
My cooking tragedies
When I was 12 I switched the amounts of water and oil called for in a box cake. I kept checking the cake and .wondering why it was so watery ( or I guess oily), needless to say the whole cake got thrown out. Ever since then I double sometime triple check my ingredients when baking.

Best Bread Machine Bread
The best bread I have ever made. Seriously! I am not an experienced bread maker but this was so easy and came out excellent. I made it last night and we ate and this morning it is over half gone. Yum!
