Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder
Great recipe, easy to prepare. Used cheddar cheese instead of mexican because that's what I on hand. My family REALLY enjoyed it! Note: I did drain the corn.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding
I have made this recipe many times. It is wonderful! It just can't be compared with a box pudding. Try eating it warm...a great treat on a chilly evening.

Simmered Swiss Steak
We really liked the flavor of this recipe. The only change I made was that I had no plain diced tomatoes so I used a can of fire roasted with garlic (YUM!). Served it with mashed potatoes - Wonderful!
