Apple Sausage Pancakes
OMG, what a great surprise! We loved these pancakes and I usually don't care for specialty pancakes. The syrup really made them taste great. I did use apple juice in the syrup because I had no cider but everything else was done as written. Thanks for a great autumn pancake recipe!

Caramelized Onion and Horseradish Smashed Potatoes
Great change to regular mashed potatoes! I followed the recipe except I didn't use the thyme(don't like it) or the vinegar (didn't have it). I do try to follow the directions exactly the first time but they were wonderful this way. Will definitely make them again!
