Mini Sour Cream Biscuits
My husband and I came home from vacation and had no food. We were looking for something quick to whip up and found this recipe on the internet. It was a pleasant surprise. They were so easy, and very good! I didn't have a muffin pan, so I just dropped them onto the cookie sheet. I think that slightly burned the bottom. Either that, or I didn't need to cook them as long. Even with the brown bottoms, they were still awesome!
