Greek Style Potatoes

Tortellini Soup II
excellent recipe; I used 1 lb roll of Turkey sausage instead of the links. And I used a can of petite diced tomatoes instead of the chopped fresh. Be careful to not overcook...noodles will get soggy.

Apple Bread
this is a great recipe; it was way too dry when I mixed it up; so I added 1/3 cup unsweetened applesause. Then I added about another 1/2 c of apples. Turned out perfect!
