In a nutshell...I love good food, good wine and good company :> I love to cook pork...it is versatile and tasty. My favorite meat is red be it beef, moose, venison or any game. My favorite appliance is my bbq! Or when I am lazy...my slow cooker!!! My husband hunts so I usually have to come up with different ways to cook a freezer full of one type of meat for a couple months :> Then it changes... My father, brother and I all fancy ourselves as gourmet cooks. So we quite often will host an Iron Chef contest. But really, we all love to cook and host dinners. I have won the Iron Chef contest!! Oh...way to many to put on paper...hehe
