Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
These are so good! The only "change" I made was to put in the entire can of pumpkin (about 1 3/4 cup as opposed to the 1 1/3 cup called for in the recipe) but other than that I followed the recipe just as written and they came out perfect! How can you go wrong with cheesecake on top of a pumpkin muffin? They are outstanding!

Pineapple Crisp
This was so good! The only thing I did was to use a 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple (I also added a small amount of fresh pineapple that I had leftover) I don't think the 8oz can would have been enough and was probably the reason other reviewer were saying not to use all the cornstarch. Serve warm with some vanilla ice cream...YUM!

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs
My family really liked these and I loved the fact that they were made in the crock pot and I didn't have to brown them first like a lot of recipes call for (kind of defeats the purpose of making them in the crock pot in my opinion). I was afraid they would fall apart after 8 hours of cooking, but they held together and were really yummy!
