Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake
I followed the recipe to a T, but I do recommend taking the suggestion of others to use an espresso as opposed to just a strong coffee. Mine had the perfect coffee flavor and it was 2 shots of espresso from Starbucks with just some regular coffee added in for volume. Also definitely use the water bath. AMAZING! My cheesecake looked professional and everyone raved :)
