I tried to make "s'more brownies" and found the marshmallows to be quite uncooperative. The honey-graham crust turned out beautifully but when I put the batter over it, the marshmallows in the batter inflated and covered the dough. After taking off this marshmallow cover, the only marshmallow left in the batter were small, chewy disks
