Baby Back Ribs
These ribs were absolutely amazing. I would suggest a few ideas. Usind the rib rub described in Cathy M.'s review these were by far some of the best ribs me and my father have had. Using only the rub for the marinating proccess bake for 2 hours on 300 degrees farenheit. Let stand for 1 hour to allow the ribs to stiffen. Before grilling mix your favorite bbq sauce with some of the rib juice left over after backing to help thin the sauce out and make it taste much better. After applying sauce put on the grillin medium heat for about 5 minutes a side brushing on extra sauce. When done enjoy! Also grilling helps to make the bbq sauce litteraly stick on the ribs and helps caramilize the sauce. These ribs were absollutely AMAZING!! Cannot wait til the next time i make these! Also this recipe was so simple my 11 yr. old some made them and were still amazing!
