I am a former chef. I am a graduate of the very expensive Johnson & Wales University. The school gave me a basic foundation, my experiences in the real world made me a chef. I have had the privilege of cooking for President Clinton on two different occasion and numerous celebrities. I loved the creativity that came into play for small moments of my 10-14 hour work days. My feet were always sore and my days off were spent recovering from my physical job. The pay looked good until I realized I had no life. So with 18 years of culinary experience I left the field and now sell food to restaurants. My love for food is still intact and I hope some of my dishes can grace the tables of your friends and family.

Indian Saag
Great recipe! One alteration I made on the advice of a local Indian restaurant was to mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of water and add this mixture and stir well once the greens have wilted. Then cover and cook for the remaining ten minutes.
