Bacon Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf
It needed more cheese. The next time I make this I will divide the meat and layer full thin slices of swiss cheese on it.My family liked it but agreed it needed more cheese. Very easy to put together.

Potato Soup IV
My kids and grandkids loved it. I added more potatoes and used corn starch for thickening. Topped each bowl with a little cheese and celery salt. The left overs were gone in a day.
