Fantastic Black Bean Chili

Five stars after a few modifications. I used 28 oz of tomatoes and I added in quite a few extra spices: cumin, red pepper, etc. Perfect for fall!

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

This is good! I used two bags of frozen chopped broccoli and added a half cup of milk to the sauce mix. No need for salt because the soup is full of it. Black and red pepper to taste and a little garlic salt. I used cheese its for my topping since that is what I had on hand and it turned out good!

Sausage Brunch Casserole

This turned out quite well. I baked the dough for a while first, did one pound of sausage, and used cheddar instead. Tasted really good with the hot breakfast sausage! It did take mine longer to cook than the 15 minutes instructed.

Spinach Brownies

These are pretty good! But I feel like they could use a little something more. I used skim milk and about 2 tablespoons of butter. Used a bit of black and red pepper along with some garlic salt. I would recommend trying these!

Berry Cheesecake Parfaits

I took this to a potluck and I came home with an empty dish! Everyone loved it. I used the low fat versions of the ingrediants and no one could tell a difference. I also only used 1/3 of the cream cheese packet. It was delicious!

Warm Black Bean Dip

While this tasted very good, it is not a smooth dip. I mashed the black beans as I made it. I reheated it after it had cooled and it got too dry! Inexperience on my part I am sure. Thanks!

Salmon Appetizers

I brought this to my family thanksgiving and everyone loved it! I added more cumin though and some black pepper. I really enjoyed them dipped in horseradish, it's great if you like a little extra kick! Thanks for posting this!
