Fantastic Black Bean Chili
Five stars after a few modifications. I used 28 oz of tomatoes and I added in quite a few extra spices: cumin, red pepper, etc. Perfect for fall!

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole
This is good! I used two bags of frozen chopped broccoli and added a half cup of milk to the sauce mix. No need for salt because the soup is full of it. Black and red pepper to taste and a little garlic salt. I used cheese its for my topping since that is what I had on hand and it turned out good!

Greek Chicken Pasta
I am giving this a 5 on the benefit of a doubt because I was missing a few things and it was still good! Not much of a sauce base though.
