Cream of Mushroom Soup I
One of the best and I've had. A few small notes, you can substitute cognac if you don't have sherry. I doubled the half & half and chicken stock (organic), and only pulsed four times to retain larger mushrooms. I also used fresh ground pepper, and unsalted butter. Simply great, thank you for sharing.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread
Who needs expensive and additive-filled supermarket bread when you can make this wonderful recipe? It's light, easy to make, and so tasty. I mixed flaxseed into it for a bit of texture. Thank you for posting!
