I like to try different things and hate eating the same thing all the time. I experiment so much with food that I call my husband the guinne pig. Whenever I make a new recipe I tell my husband to "MAKE THE SOUND".Then he makes the sound of the guinne pig when he sits down to eat. Don't feel sorry for him cause he's never gotten ill from eating my cooking!
My favorite things to cook
I like to eat a lot of vegetables, but it gets boring eating them plain. So I like to try different things, and I experiment a lot with them.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Italian dishes. Using lots of olive oil and garlic. Tomatoes and noodles are never far away.

BREADED PORK CHOPS, STUFFED ARTICHOKES, & OTHER ITALIAN DISHES.
My cooking tragedies
TOFU. USED IT ONCE, IT WAS SO BAD I THREW IT OUT AND DIDN'T EAT IT. THEN THERE IS THE TIME I USED A CAN OF SMALL SHRIMP IN A STIR FRY. I DEAMED THIS ALSO UNEDIBLE AND THREW IT OUT.
