As a bachelor, I found out that going out to eat every night was getting very expensive. I decided to learn to cook for myself. I now really enjoy cooking!

Easy, cheap, and long lasting! I love a good casserole that can last for work lunches and weekday dinners.
My cooking tragedies
I once tried to do a Thai Coconut Chicken Soup. It turned more into a milky ginger soup. I learned how strong fresh ginger was that day!
