Potato Pancakes I
Excellent! We always add minced garlic instead of onions. Sooo yummy.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
Great recipe. Made a few changes. Added 1 package onion soup mix instead of salt, and 1 tsp. worcheshire sauce. Also, topped with a small jar of Turkey gravy instead of ketchup. Came out delicious.
