Rich and Simple French Onion Soup
I followed the recipe as written and used our garden onions. My husband flipped out, he LOVED it! Great recipe!

Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham
I did this recipe for Christmas dinner. It was a big hit. It was very moist with just a hint of sweetness. I scored the ham outside of the bag first. Much easier! I let it sit in the bag with the juices a day before I baked it. This was my first baked ham and everyone said it was a definite do-over.

Brown Sugar Smokies
This is a great appetizer recipe. I tried it with sausage and with little hot dogs. The sausage had the better flavor. It definitely is worth it to put all the smokies together (smothering them in brown sugar and putting them in a pan or bowl) a day or morning ahead and let them make their own syrup and then pour the syrup over them before baking. I also found it easier to put them together onto individual tooth picks instead of a skewer.
