I, personally don't eat seafood but my family LOVES Salmon. I wanted to grill so I decided to give this recipe a try. My family LOVED this!! My son said that it was the best salmon that hes ever had and there were no scraps left on the plate. This will be a regular in our house!

I'm glad I found this recipe. I usually add one can of chili beans (instead of chili + pinto). I also fry up some corn torillas up and garnish the soup with the chips and sour cream. The family loves it!
