I have 4 beautiful children, and a wonderful husband. They allow me to experiment with recipes on them. It is not unusual to walk in my house, and have a spoon thrust at them, while I say "taste this". I love to cook. I love to watch people eat what I cook. Most of the time I can read the ingredients of a recipe and know if it will taste good. We like to taste exotic food. My kids will eat seaweed, octopus, if it sounds good, they will try it. EVERYTHING. I will try anything once. We love themes. One of our favorites is a appetizer night, we make nothing but appetizers. One of the best meals I ever made was stuffed squid. I was so amazed how wondeful it turned out. I have had more tragedies than I really remember. Thank God my family stuck it out with me.
