Beef Enchiladas II

This was delicious! I will double the sauce next time and I recommend serving with extra cheese, extra extra sour cream and lettuce. I made with flour and corn tortillas and my family enjoyed the flour much better. This recipe was not meant to be authentic so I don't understand the bad reviews for that reason.

My Big Fat Greek Omelet

I love this recipe and make it for my children and myself every morning. I add onion powder, and a dash of garlic powder. Gotta use the feta too! Thanks for a great recipe!

Simply Parmesan Chicken

Very good! Will make again. I added onion powder and garlic powder and a little less italian seasoning. Next time I will use more parmesan and add a little salt. Very easy!
