Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake
Though I didnt get any negative feedback about this tasty dessert, my one complaint is that it wasnt cheesecakey enough. It tasted just like pumpkin pie. I will say however the recipe for pumpkin butter was great! I even added a little bit of it into my french toast batter and it gave it a lovely flavor! The cheesecake was good but I definataly expected more chesecake flavor for a cheesecake.

Bread and Celery Stuffing
this was a great easy recipe but i was a little upset that it came out tasting much like your everyday stovetop. the recipe called to only dry your bread for a few hours but i choose overnite... which i still didnt think was long enough and ended up burning my bread and had to buy unseasoned dried crutons on thanksgiving morning just to be able to produce a stuffing. it still turned out great though even with my mistake at hand. I would say do add more broth than the recipe called for. I used a little over two cups and it still was a little dry after cooking!

Holiday Cranberry Sauce
Im rating off of my changes I made to the recipe because this recipe was a little off. the berries took longer than 10 minutes to pop... it was more realistically an hour. i didnt have a spice bag so I used a coffee filter and tied it off with a bread tie on top and it worked perfectly. even after letting the spices stew in the sauce it didnt have quite the cranberry zing so I hence added a little ground cinnamon and ground clove. For some reason in my family my grandmother always put chopped pecans in the cranberry sauce so I added 1/4 a cup and it was a perfect amount.... that is after I took out 1/4 cup sugar out of the recipe in fear it would be to sweet and even after taking the quarter cup out it was still a little on the sweet side. All in all after a few twecks this recipe has potiental and turned out divine.
