Cranberry Sauce
The best! So much better than canned and so easy to make! For a more gelatin like sauce, add one package of plain gelatin to the mixture. I make it every year for thanks giving.

Butternut Squash Supreme
My kids really liked this! Yeah! Even asked for it again! The cheese and sauteed onions complement the squash beautifully!

Crustless Spinach Quiche
This is a keeper! The muenster cheese is great! Provolone works well also. But I always add a bit of cayenne pepper and garlic powder. The whole family loved it!
