Pizza On The Grill I

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2009
This recipe is the newest family favorite! We divided up the dough for individual pizzas and the family enjoyed creating their own. We used our own sauce and also sprayed the grill with pam as another review suggested. We also grilled chicken on the George Foreman grill while the dough was on the regular grill. All the flavors were so good together. I never heard of making pizza like this, I think its very creative and fun and would give this 10 stars if I could.

12-Hour Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
If you want a salad that will knock your guests socks off, this is it! Super fun to make and absolutely delicious. It presents beautifully and tastes as good as it looks. I used a couple of different veggies instead of some that were listed only b/c of family preferences. However, next time I am making it as is and I can't wait! Thanks for this amazing recipe!

3-Cheese Mostaccioli Bolognese

This is a must have for any family recipe box! Super yummy, my whole family loved it. I used 1/2 lb beef & 1/2 lb italian sausage. I also served the parmesan knots (from this site) with dinner and it couldn't have been any better! Oh yeah, I also used a 9 X 13 inch pan and it fit perfectly. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe!

Porcupines

My family would have no problem living on this recipe. We make this at least once a week and have for a few months now with no complaints but many request. We play with the sauce, sometimes its cream of mushroom, sometimes its the exact recipe and sometimes its the zesty sauce. The possibilites are endless and its just a fantastic recipe!

Orange Balls II

My mom made this recipe when I was a little girl and totally forgot about it. I loved it but she could never remember what I was talking about. I was so excited to find this recipe and I'm glad I did. I got carried away and acidentally added a 12oz can of OJ and had to scurry to make a double batch, lol. I'm glad I did though b/c it went fast!

Wonderful recipe that my whole family loved. I was looking forward to the meatloaf sandwiches the following day but, my family whiped it out in one sitting and asked me to make it again the next night. Oh... I did substitute diced for crushed b/c thats what I had on hand and it still turned out amazing.

What a simple but yummy recipe! This has so much potential to add to if you wanted. I double the cheese and add a little more ranch. Great as is though!

Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
This recipe is fantastic! I always buy the roasted chicken from Sam's when I make this and my recipe turns out wonderful! *** update *** This recipe freezes well too. I made two lasagna's as directed (minus the cheese topping), let them cool and then covered with plastic wrap and froze. On week later I set the lasagna's out at room temp. for two hours, covered w/cheese and then baked in preheated oven @ 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. They turned out amazing and were gobbled up fast!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
This is a great recipe. This is the first time I roasted pumpkin seeds, I thought it would be fun to make it a tradition when we carve pumpkins. The first time I roasted them, I didn't know they were like sunflower seeds and you had to crack the shell. I kept putting them back in the oven b/c I thought they weren't done, I kept saying, it taste like a shell like sunflower seeds. I finally took some to my neighbor who said yep, you need to crack those puppies open!

Beth, you are awesome! My family and I love this recipe and we don't even like oatmeal raisin cookies, lol! I do soak my raisins in two eggs and a tsp. of vanilla for an hour. I also add another egg to the mix. I got this idea from another recipe from this site and its sooo good.
