Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic
Delicious! I did 2 chickens cut up. I added 1 1/2 cups Pinot, 4Tbsps honey, fresh thyme, rosemary, olive oil and 40 cloves of garlic. I put a garlic clove under the skin of each chicken piece. This was out of this world. Try it you'll love it!

Grilled Corn on the Cob
I gave this only 4 stars because I added horseradish to the butter. It was delicious.

Thai Quivering Tenderloins
This is the very best pork tenderloin recipe I have ever tried. We had guests for dinner and everyone raved! Definitely a keeper.
