Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers
I thought these burgers were okay. I like the cream cheese/jalapeno filling but i also have a hard time keeping the cheese inside. I am going to try this recipe again. The family said they were okay but lacked a little flavor mabye I will put pepperjack cheese on top.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies are really Yummy! They are so easy to make. My daughter begged me to make them yesterday when she came home from school. I think this is one of the easiest recipes to make. You have got to try them. I used other peoples advise and split the sugar between white and brown.

Pizza Casserole
Thought this was really good! My whole family seemed to like it also. I really loved the taste to it. It tasted like pizza with a little kick to it. Will definetly make this again for the family.
