This is a simply,quick recipe for those in a time crunch, I added a half cup of burgandy to the meat while it was cooking, a little more garlic and fresh shredded parmasean cheese sprinkled on top to finish, the bugandy really improved the flavor...thanks for sharing

I am a ex chef and found this simple wonderful recipe quite good.....I added french onions and a little La Victoria hot sauce to the mix....it gave it a nice tiny kick to the sauce and made it something I will make edven when entertaining my "picky" foodie friends...thanks for sharing Beth!
