I love horses and own 7 right now on our 80 acre ranch in Idaho. I am married and have 3 sons and I enjoy cooking easy and simple meals with our busy schedule. We raise our own beef and plan to have chickens, turkeys, lamb next year as well as a garden. Slow cooker, chili, beef stew, Italian foods, breads, desserts and candy for the holidays. I cook Thanksgiving for the family and also Christmans Eve dinner. I am teaching my sons to enjoy cooking as well. I learned to make jam last year for the first time and it turned out really great!
