Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
This is 4 to 4.5 stars for me. It's very simple and quick to pop in the oven on a weeknight. I used fresh spinach and it turned out just fine. The second time I made it I didn't have any feta, so I used goat cheese and it tasted great, as well! Very versatile.
