Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
This is 4 to 4.5 stars for me. It's very simple and quick to pop in the oven on a weeknight. I used fresh spinach and it turned out just fine. The second time I made it I didn't have any feta, so I used goat cheese and it tasted great, as well! Very versatile.

Key West Chicken

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
Great recipe with the perfect amount of seasoning for me. My husband really liked it as well. I'm a beginner and this was my first attempt at chili and this was a cinch. I don't care too much for beans and like my chili thick so I took other reviewers suggestions and used only 1 can of tomato soup and 1 can of kidney beans. I also added 2 chopped fresh roma tomatoes and it turned out great!
