I am 19 years old, i live in santa rosa california in the heart of the wine country. my dad was a pro cook for many years, and thats how I started cooking. he had me cooking eggs at the age of two. I love to experiment with new tastes, and create new recipes. I am a Rachael Ray fan, I have been watching her for years and get good ideas from her. I love to cook and i love to cook everything. My favorite thing of all time to cook would have to be...... cordon-blu with my cheesy smash potatoes and steamed green beans. It was the first "real" meal that i cooked with no help. thanks giving! everybody is in the kitchen working together. It's like a family event in it's self. Everybody has their special food to make. I would have to say finally learning how to flip a pancake without it sticking to the ceiling or floor. when I'm cooking everything is in its place, I walked out for one minute and my brother thought it would be funny to switch the sugar for the salt, needless to say we ordered pizza that night.
