Chocolate Banana Bread
Great cake, very moist with a nice crunchy exterior (baked for about 65-70min.). I used butter instead of margarine and yogourt instead of sour cream. I also added chopped walnuts. Came out delicious!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
This isn't a very fancy or sophisticated dish, but for a quick supper or lunch, it's quite good! Love the sesame seeds and the cilantro.

Port And Mushroom Sauce Chicken
This really wasn't very good. The sauce ingredients just didn't mesh well together. Maybe I did something wrong, but I will not make again.
