Artichokes
I think I made these wrong! I steamed 2 artichokes for about 50 min, and when I peeled the petals off they were very hard to chew and the ends were almost crispy.

Maple Apple Crisp
This was a very easy recipe to follow. Great way to use up apples.I reduced butter by half and added cinnamon, nutmeg and hazelnuts to the topping.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
Soo easy, so good! Would be great for chicken and shrimp as well.
