Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
I used heavy whipping cream because I wanted it to be really fluffy.... otherwise followed the recipe pretty much right. It was a little too sweet for me, but not for my 3 year old daughter who's birthday cake it iced! Yum! Next time I make it I'll use less sugar

Cheddar Tomato Dumplings
I will make again! Could use a bit more seasoning though, the first time I made this it came out bland. So I added more cheese and used a can of fire rosted tomatos to add a smoky flavor. I also added carrots. This is becomming a family classic!
