I just put the meat in to marinate yesterday, I doubled the sauce/marinade recipe because I have only three days (decided last minute to make this for New Year's). Everything looked amazing and smelled amazing already, I have no doubts this will be out of this world.

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs
I modified the recipe slightly by adding about a teaspoon of spicy horseradish and a few shakes of hot sauces. These were fantastic and even better the next day, the flavors blend beautifully!

Blue Cheese and Pear Tartlets
I changed the recipe slightly by adding a block of cream cheese to the mix and omitting the pear from the filling. After filling the phillo shells with filling, I topped each shell with a peeled pear slice. These were a hit at my husband's 30th birthday party. I originally made them "just for us" but even the blue cheese "haters" loved this appetizer!
