I'm a single mom of two young and very picky children. I've learned to adapt many recipes to please everyone in the house. We love to play outside, go to a movie, but most of our time together is best spent learning to cook in the kitchen! I'll cook anything. I LOVE to bake! I made the BEST lemon cookies and had to share it with everyone, so here I am... :) Don't have too many of those. If it goes in the microwave, I'm not too good with it. I prefer to cook on the stove or in the oven.
