As a self-employed engineer I find myself traveling on business for weeks at a time. I have been eating in restaurants every night and I miss home cooking. It's also hard to keep from gaining weight when I am on the road. When I am not on the road, my wife and I spend as much time as we can on our sailboat. Our three dogs also keep us pretty busy. Anything with butter Eggplant, middle eastern food. The more I cook, the confident I am getting.
