I love to cook and bake. I made my first cheesecake when I was 7, and it was great! Although neither of my parents have ever been remotely skilled in cooking, I'm a natural. Anything Italian. I also love to make extravagant cakes. There are none. Unless of course you count my family "traditionally" making me do all of the cooking. A 4-tier, 4- flavor cake made entirely from scratch that served 165 people. I was 20 years old at the time. Letting the oven door close so hard that it deflated my cake.
