She taught me all kinds of italian dishes and so much more. But italian is definitely my family tradition Recently there was a one day sale on tenderloin roasts,5.99 a pound if you can believe it. Having never cooked one I looked up a receipe and made this rub, and an au jous. I was having about 14 members of my family over for sunday dinner(and football of course) and i was roasting a chicken also. Anyways I cooked that roast to perfection, the au jus came out fantastic, and I served it to rave rewiews. It was better than any pime rib Ive ever tasted. Not having gone to school to be a chef.
