Mary's Meatloaf
Pretty good, but may have been better if I didn't have to tweak ingredients to match the 2 lbs. of hamburger used. Also, didn't properly 'divide' the mustard & ketchup, which indirectly caused me to make the topping more sweet than ideal.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns
Pretty good, but lacking any taste that might set it apart; just wish I knew what that was. Texture was nice. Kids and I gave it middling review; wife liked it a bit more.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Pretty good recipe, but a bit more 'zing' would be nice; if only I knew what that was I'd have experimented with the ingredients. Still, the family all gave it a thumb-up, so we'll likely try it again.
