My name is Stacy and I grew up in the eastern part of Kentucky called Pikeville. If you know anything about Kentucky then you know that we love to fry foods!!! The more grease the better,,,not very healthy LOL! I met my wonderful husband and moved to Central Ky, to a little town of great culture called Berea. Where my eyes were opened to a whole new world of cooking!!
