Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing
very good, but I prefer using a grated or chopped piece of CARROT instead of the celery. This is the way my favorite place makes it.

Amy's Mexican Soup
This is similar to the famous "soup Nazi" Chicken Chili soup. I make a version of this regularly. A couple suggestions to make it easier. 1) Brown the chicken in the soup pot, cook through and shred while you cook the aromatics in the pot. 2) Add a can of cream style corn to the soup. This is really delicious!!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
The dough was easy to work with. I always mix 1 part powdered sugar 1 part flour to roll the dough, and using parchment helps. However, this is a basically tasteless cookie. The texture was also a bit soft for my taste. I think an all-butter recipe makes this soft.
