I love eating great food, love going out to eat, and am a big fan of Diner style, BBQ, local Mexican and Italian and Chinese...some Thai. LOVE to bake especially at the holidays.
My favorite things to cook
Stir fry Chicken, Spaghetti Sauce, Soups, ya know quick and easy!
My favorite family cooking traditions
At christmas we bake Biscochitos (New Mexican Sugar Anise cookies) and Empanaditas (Sweet pork mini turnovers). My mom is from Taos NM so we have lots of those traditions at family get togethers.

My FUDGE!!! Also USED to make the BEST steak marinade...till my then 9 yr old son changed that...
My cooking tragedies
My son knocked me off the Steak marinade pedestal a few years back...I have not recuperated yet...but it AIN'T OVER!!!
