Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
More a sugar cookie than a snickerdoodle. I suggest NOT adding brown sugar to the ball rolling mixture. I used 1 C butter instead of half C butter and half C shortening. Also, my one regret was not adding a touch of nutmeg. The cookies tasted great, but they just tasted like sugar cookies. This recipe is great but I'll probably try a different recipe next time.
