I am currently a college student who was going to go to school for culinary arts, but changed my mind after seeing what the job entails. I have changed my major and went into education. I still cook on the side, for enjoyment, and sell Pampered Chef. I love to cook pastas including Fettucini Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan. I love to try to cook Asian Cuisine too. I love making the Christmas Cookies that my family makes every year. I also enjoy making Chicken Marango and my mother's Lasagna recipe. Her Chop Chop Steak recipe. I have attempted cooking my first turkey this year and found it very nice and juicy and successful. I cook great with the bigger the mess is in my kitchen. I cannot make brownies. Either an ingredient, like eggs, are missing or they turn out too runny and gooey. The brownies that were gooey were great when warm, but then they turned disgusting once they cooled. I also have made brownie truffle cups and everytime, they still turn out hard.
