Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

This is a wonder recipe! It was the most tender chicken that I have ever had. Alternating the chicken, the red pepper and the onion on the skewer really made the flavors of everything come out really well. I didn't marinate the ingredients for 2 hours but just over an hour and it still turned out fantastic. Great healthy grilling food!

Sweet and Sour Pork III

This recipe turned out better than expected! The pork was very tender although I used pork loin not butt. Very delicious sauce. We added rice noodles which went very well with the dish.

Skillet Squash and Potatoes

Although the squash and potato do make a good combo, I thought the dish needed more flavor. The paprika did not do it for me.

Maple Salmon

This is a fantastic easy recipe. The maple syrup compliments the fish well and becomes a nice glaze after baking.
