Dirt Cake II
I just made this today for a Halloween party. I used the big packs of Jello after reading that it may have too much milk and like it a little more stiff...it was GREAT! I have chocolate lovers in my family so the chocolate Jello was wonderful... and it looks like the mud pie I used to make as a child. Great recipe!!

Baked Sweet Potato Sticks
The flavor was great but I couldn't get my fries to crisp like the ones in restaurants?? I tried several times with no luck! I also tried them 'sweet' with a maple syrup and marshmallow mix for dipping... YUM!

Sweet and Sour Chicken II
This brings me back to my childhood! My mother would make this at least once a month! It is AWESOME! It is so quick on those busy nights!!! I did add a little ginger, garlic salt, and about 1/2 cup of diced onion to the chicken when it was cooking. But this is for sure a keeper!!
