Lentil Soup
This was a very good recipe. I made some changes: I added 2 onions, 4 carrots, 4 stalks of celery, 6 garlic cloves. I doubled all of the spices and added a dash of hot sauce for a little extra flavor. I also tripled the amount of vinegar. I did need to add extra water as the soup cooked otherwise it would have been too thick. Next time I would use vegetable stock in addition to the water. My family & I enjoyed this very much.
