Gingerbread Cookies I
They were really good! I've never made any gingerbread cookes before, but they were great. Other people's suggestions were correct, it needed a lot more flour, perhaps an entire cup more. But over all, easy to make and really tasty.

Gingerbread Frosting for Cookies
Really good, but I had no milk, so I used heavy cream and I added more than the recipe called for, only because it was drying out too quickly. The taste was great, though!

Amaretto
It was really good! I made it with a little bit more sugar at the suggestion of someone else and I think that may have made it too sweet! I also used vanilla concentrate from Dominican Republic on the second batch and that made the flavor so much better! You can find it at any Latin American grocery store, which is easy to find here in Miami! Overall, it was good, good strong flavor, and it doesn't need as much vodka as the recipe calls for.
