the cake had an odd texture. i thought the lemon taste was overwhelming...would not make again.

Old Fashioned Oatmeal Cookies
this is the best oatmeal cookie!!i tried 350 temp at first based on reviews but they came flat. 400 degress gives a beautiful puffy cookie. delicious
